Dan was very thorough in his inspection and findings. More importantly to me though, he was a wealth of knowledge on the rehab/construction side, as this was a fixer upper for me. This put me at ease. Dan had great customer service, and I will highly recommend him. Thank you!

Being a first time home buyer can be scary, especially when it come to inspection but Dan gave me the peace of mind I needed. He caught things that I honestly believe hadn't been caught the first time the house was sold just a year prior and he took the time to explain why and how things needed to be fixed. He was incredibly accommodating with our short closing time and even gave us suggestions on upgrades. He is warm and welcoming and does an incredible job! Dan was very professional, extremely thorough with photos and explanations of every detail or concern from our home inspection. It made buying our home without being there (military) possible for us. Not only was inspection done, but a follow up to confirm sellers had fixed the agreed upon issues to his standard. Dan has also offered to personally walk us through our home and show us what to maintain and expect etc. once we move in. Dan is great at educating buyers about the home they are going to purchase and explaining any problems with the home that he discovers. Although the city permitted a roof on the property he inspected, Dan caught a very important detail, that the home was not equipped with any attic venting. Thanks Dan!
